To Launch a Document File

Using one of the document search methods, locate and double click on the document that contains the file(s) to be launched. The document detail opens in the Content pane.
Do one of the following:

Select Launch from the Action bar. The File Explorer – Launch window opens. Select the file from the window to launch it. If there is only one file in the document this dialog will not open and the file is launched.

or
Right-click a file in the Files or Copies topic and select Launch.
Close the File Explorer – Launch window if opened.
